Visual Lure was founded in 1999 by Justen Hong, a graphic and web designer with over ten years of design experience. Justen began his art education at Eastern Illinois University and went on to receive his BA in graphic design from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Justen's mission is to develop creative eye-catching designs that produce results while maintaining clear communications with the client in all aspects of the design process.
